Mike Todd

Mike is responsible for all finance and accounting functions including capital raising activities, tax planning, and preparing the company’s financial statements, forward-looking budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans. 

With over 30 years of experience prior to joining Base Xperiential, Mike’s work experience includes executive finance positions within Advertising and PR agencies Omnicom, IPG, Havas, and Publicis along with senior finance roles at Live Nation and Sony Music Entertainment.   Mike also has experience as a Senior Controller at GreenSlate, a privately held company serving the film and TV industry, where he helped secure a private equity investment.
