Brian Becker
Brian E. Becker is an entertainment industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience building and managing worldwide live entertainment businesses. Becker is the founder and Chairman of BASE Xperiential, which combines holograms, panoramic 150-degree film projection, cinematic special effects, and CGI to create unique educational entertainment productions for museums, zoos, aquariums and other locations. In addition to educational entertainment, BX also produces music concerts featuring iconic and living artists performing as holograms, using their actual voices, names and likenesses, accompanied by live performers and performing in dynamic virtual stage productions, for touring, cruise ships and other contracted engagements.
Becker was most recently CEO and co-Founder in November 2021 (with leading European PE company Waterland) of LiveCo, which is a North American leader in the areas of Christian music, comedy, country, variety and festivals.
Prior to LiveCo, Becker was founder and CEO of BASE Entertainment, the largest producer, other than Cirque du Soleil, of residency production shows in Las Vegas since its founding in 2006. BASE’s Las Vegas productions included: Criss Angel MindFreak at Planet Hollywood; Magic Mike Live at the Sahara; Phantom of the Opera: The Las Vegas Spectacular at the Venetian; and Jersey Boys at the Palazzo, among several other productions. LiveCo acquired BASE in 2021. From 2000 to 2006, Becker served as Chairman and CEO of Clear Channel Entertainment, the world's leading producer and promoter of live entertainment events, and owner and operator of event venues, in the music, theater, motor sports, and exhibitions businesses. CCE (Clear Channel Entertainment) was the predecessor to Live Nation Entertainment. Prior to SFX Entertainment's sale to Clear Channel Communications in 2000, Becker served as Executive Vice President, COO and Director of SFX Entertainment, a NYSE company which, at the time, was the largest US and international live entertainment company. From 1996 to 1998, Becker served as CEO and President of privately head PACE Entertainment Corporation, the largest diversified live entertainment company in the in the United States, until it became the cornerstone acquisition of SFX.
Becker received a bachelor's degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ryan Latham
Ryan is the Managing Director of HoloTheater for BASE Xperiential, leading the company’s HoloTheater division, which has been developing innovative and immersive holographic cinema experiences. Ryan was also an Executive Producer of the company’s premiere HoloTheater film, Dinosaur Discoveries: A Holographic Adventure. Formerly with BASE, Ryan served as the Vice President of Commercial Operations for BASE Hologram and as Executive Director of a location-based attraction, Battle For Texas: The Experience. Prior to joining BASE, Ryan served as General Manager of Boston Exhibits, a location-based entertainment company presenting major traveling exhibitions. Ryan has worked in sports and entertainment for over 15 years including business and community development roles with the Boston Red Sox, Seattle Mariners and Tacoma Rainiers, where he led the development of innovative ticket sales, sponsorship and community engagement programming. He has formerly served as a mentor with the Red Sox’ baseball and community development program in the Dominican Republic, as an MLBPA Certified Player Agent, as a Stage Manager for the 2010 NHL Winter Classic, and as a speaker at Sports Management Worldwide Career Conference events at the MLB Winter Meetings and NFL Combine. Ryan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, as well as a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago and has served on the Advisory Panel for the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business Customer Experience program

Scott Zeiger
Scott Zeiger has been an influential live entertainment executive and producer for over 35 years. Together with Brian Becker, Scott is the co-founder of BASE Entertainment, and he has been responsible for delivering many productions including: The Phantom of the Opera, Jersey Boys, Rock of Ages, Peep Show, Absinthe, Wayne Brady "Making Sh#t Up", Stomp Out Loud, all in Las Vegas. In Singapore: The Lion King, Jersey Boys, Wicked. At Base for Cirque du Soleil; Zaia in Macau, Wintuk at Madison Square Garden. As President of Cirque du Soleil's Theatrical Division: Paramour on Broadway, the NFL Experience in Times Square, For the Record's BAZ in Las Vegas. In New York, select shows include: Concert Artists "In Residence On Broadway" (Dave Chappell, Morrissey, Barry Manilow, Mel Brooks) Martin Short "Fame Becomes Me, The Who's Tommy, Mel Brooks' "The Producers, Jekyl and Hyde. Countless touring shows in North America and select global markets. As a presenter, Scott was a senior executive for over 20 years with Live Nation, Clear Channel Entertainment, SFX, and PACE Theatrical Group. Collectively, these companies built and maintained the largest touring Broadway subscription circuit in the world. As Chief Production Officer at EBG, Scott is the creator and producer of The Broadway Cruise and Chefs Making Waves (both are annual cruise partnerships with NCL's Sixthman) as well as the former head of the Premium Experiences group. At Base X-periential, Scott has been instrumental in the development and rollout of the various music and edutainment properties in the pipeline.

Dan Robinson
At BASE Xperiential, Dan Robinson serves as Director of HoloTheater Sales, delivering next-generation holographic, educational entertainment experiences for museums, science centers, zoos, aquariums and more. He brings extensive experience in marketing and sales strategy, with a proven track record of building successful partnerships across multiple sectors. He has developed key relationships with major national retailers and implemented successful programs for entertainment venues, educational institutions, zoos and aquariums. His specialized work in the zoo and aquarium marketplace includes launching products that supported the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ SAFE (Saving Animals From Extinction) Campaign and building nationwide distribution networks. Through direct engagement with facilities, Robinson has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs within the zoo and aquarium sector, creating partnerships that blend business development with conservation efforts. Dan brings a combination of business expertise, national retail relationships, strategic communications experience and hands-on facility engagement to serve organizations focused on enhancing both guest experience and institutional impact.
