Dominic Roncace

President

Dom is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of C-suite experience across live entertainment, venue management, and development.

Most recently, Dom served as President & CEO, Board Member, and Officer at the Bergen Performing Arts Center (BPAC). In this role, he successfully led the organization through a major restructuring and navigated the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to BPAC, Dom co-founded Luxury Attaché, a premium retail and institutional luxury service company specializing in high-end entertainment and experiences with renowned venues like Madison Square Garden and the Prudential Center. Additionally, Dom developed FOLIO, a proprietary software system to support the company’s services and clientele

Before Luxury Attaché, Dom served as Chief Operating Officer of Clear Channel Entertainment (CCE) Music, now part of Live Nation, Responsibilities included managing operations for 120 U.S. venues (> $1.1 billion in annual revenues, implementing public/private partnerships with high-grossing venues like the PNC Bank Arts Center, Jones Beach Theater, and Sony/Blockbuster E-Centre (now Freedom Mortgage Pavilion), and creating new venue-owned events, such the Holiday Light Spectacular, a concept designed to drive revenue during the amphitheater off-season, that has since become a staple for Live Nation.

Dom began his career with PACE Entertainment, where he played a key role in the development and management of major amphitheaters across the U.S.
